院内科研基金在学科建设中的作用分析

为培育一支高水平的创新型科技人才队伍,促进医院科学研究持续发展,医院设立院内基金。它的设立为医院科研注入了活力,加快了青年人才的培养,更重要是在消化系统、循环系统、妇产疾病、呼吸系统、神经系统等学科逐渐呈现出综合化和集群化的趋势,形成了“学科群”。但大部分学科的研究内容较为分散,缺少统一布局,科研活动仍面临“方向无序”的问题。因此,建议继续发挥院内基金的引导和激励作用,进一步完善考核制度,凝练学科方向,推动科研活动向“有序方向”转变,同时,发挥优势学科群的引领作用,建立学科交叉团队,针对重大科学问题联合攻关。

To cultivate a high-level team of innovative scientific and technological talents,and promote the sustainable development of scientific research in the hospital,the hospital has established scientific research funds.Its established has injected vitality into the hospital’s scientific research and accelerated the cultivation of young talents.More importantly,some disciplines such as digestive system,circulatory system,obstetrics and gynecology,respiratory system,and nervous system,has gradually shown a trend of integration and clustering,forming the“discipline groups”.However,the research contents of most disciplines are relatively scattered and lacked of unified layout.The scientific research activities are still facing the problem of“disorderly direction”.Therefore,it is recommended to continue to play the guiding and motivating role of the hospital scientific research funds,improve the assessment system,concise subject direction,and promote the transformation of scientific research activities to an“orderly direction”.In addition to,it is necessary to play to the leading role of the“discipline groups”,establish interdisciplinary teams,and joint research on major scientific issues.
