摘要
本文对一例交通事故致创伤部位周围神经损伤的伤残等级、损伤与交通事故的关联性之重新鉴定案进行了分析,可资相关法医临床伤残等级的鉴定提供参考。
In this paper,one case of reidentification of disability grade and the correlation between the injury and the traffic accident of peripheral nerve injury caused by traffic accident is analyzed,which can provide reference for the identification of clinical disability grade in forensic medicine.
