摘要 研究一种新型石膏自流平材料的最优配比和最佳施工工艺。通过正交试验研究了石膏减水剂、羟丙基甲基纤维素、消泡剂及聚乙烯醇掺量对石膏自流平材料流动度的影响,确定最优配比,并通过单因素变量试验研究了溶液pH值、复合胶凝材料体系、石膏缓凝剂掺量以及搅拌工艺对石膏自流平材料性能的影响。结果表明,复配出的新型石膏自流平材料流动性极大、强度高、收缩率低。工程应用表明,该新型石膏自流平材料施工效率极高。 The optimum ratio and construction technology of a new type of gypsum based self-leveling material are studied.The effects of gypsum superplasticizer content,hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose content,defoamer content and polyvinyl alcohol content on the fluidity of gypsum based self-leveling material were studied by orthogonal test,and the optimal ratio was determined.The effects of pH value of solution,composite cementitious material system,dosage of gypsum retarder and stirring process on the properties of gypsum based self-leveling material were studied by single factor variable experiment.The test results show that the new type of gypsum based self-leveling material has great fluidity,high strength and low shrinkage.The engineering application shows that the construction efficiency of this new type of gypsum based self-leveling material is very high.
