摘要
以Andreason颗粒紧密堆积方程为理论指导,研究了胶凝材料颗粒级配对水泥基凝胶体系性能的影响。通过调整水泥熟料、矿物掺合料混合材间的混合比例,筛选出最佳颗粒级配分布方案。结果表明:当m(矿粉+粉煤灰)∶m(水泥熟料)=14∶81或16∶79时,成型胶砂的力学性能最优;基体孔隙率明显降低,且优于纯水泥基准组,证明了优化矿物掺合料颗粒级配的可行性。
The influence of particle size of cementitious material on the properties of cement gel system was discussed based on the theory of Andreason particle packing equation.By adjusting the mixing proportion of cement clinker,mineral powder and admixture,the best particle size distribution scheme is selected.The results show that when the ratio of mineral powder and fly ash to cement clinker is 14∶81 or 16∶79,the mechanical properties of cement clinker are the best.The porosity decreases obviously,which is better than that of pure cement reference group,which proves the feasibility of optimizing the particle size distribution of mineral admixtures.
