摘要
为保证泥水盾构用泥浆在海水环境下使用时不受到海水污染,仍具有携渣和维持开挖面稳定的性能,拟直接采用海水造浆。进行了钠基膨润土海水泥浆的正交试验分析,海泡石粉海水泥浆的单因素分析及抗盐膨润土不同掺量试验。结果表明,原材料的加入顺序对海水泥浆性能影响很大,造浆剂宜选用落潮海水,造浆黏土不宜采用海泡石粉。通过钠基膨润土与抗盐膨润土的双掺优化试验得到复合土海水泥浆的最佳配比为:落潮海水1000 kg、抗盐膨润土20 kg、钠基膨润土120 kg、PAC-LV1.2 kg、纯碱2.5 kg。
In order to ensure that the mud used for slurry shield is not polluted by sea water,and still has the performance of carrying slag and maintaining the stability of excavation face,it is proposed to use seawater to make slurry directly.Orthogonal test analysis of sodium bentonite seawater mud,single factor analysis of sepiolite powder seawater mud and experiment of different content of salt resistant bentonite seawater mud were carried out.The results show that the addition sequence of raw materials has a great influence on the performance of seawater mud,and ebb tide sea water should be used as the slurry agent,and sepiolite powder should not be used in the slurry clay.Through the double-mixing optimization test of sodium bentonite and salt-resistant bentonite,the optimal ratio of composite soil seawater mud was obtained as follows:ebb tide sea water∶salt-resistant bentonite∶sodium bentonite∶Pac-LV∶sodium carbonate=1000 kg∶20 kg∶120 kg∶1.2 kg∶2.5 kg.
