摘要
以42.5级高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥和级配铁尾矿砂为基材,加入矿渣粉、复合缓凝剂、减水剂等功能性助剂为原料,制备无机人造石板材。在水泥用量为20%~50%时,通过对料浆的维勃稠度控制(10~15 s),确定合理的水料比;通过弯曲强度、压缩强度、耐磨性、莫氏硬度、尺寸变化率的性能对比,确定本体系中水泥最佳用量为35%;通过对不同缓凝剂的复配,优选出0.02%柠檬酸与0.06%柠檬酸钠复配后,对操作时间保持最好且对早期强度的影响最小;通过在制作板材过程中,表面采用封闭剂、罩光剂的密闭处理,可以使板材的吸水率降至0.1%以下,板材的光泽度提高至90以上。
Inorganic artificial stone plate was prepared by using 42.5 grade high belite sulphoaluminate cement and graded iron tailings as the base material,and slag powder,compound retarder,water reduction agent and other functional additives as raw materials.In the cement use range of 20%to 50%,through the vib consistency control of the slurry(10~15 s),determine a reasonable water ratio.The optimal amount of cement in this system is determined to be 35%by comparing the performance of bending strength,compressive strength,wear resistance,mohs hardness and rate of size change.Through the compounding of different retarders,preferably 0.02%citric acid and 0.06%sodium citrate were refitted,the operation time was kept best and the effect on the early intensity was minimal.By making plate soldering process,the surface of the closed agent,cover light agent closed treatment can reduce the moisture absorption rate of the plate to 0.1%or less,improve the luster of the plate to over 90.
