典型外墙外保温系统湿气迁移对其耐久性影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用WUFI Pro 6.0热湿模拟软件对瓷砖饰面无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统进行湿气迁移研究,其中稳态模拟分为夏热冬冷地区(典型城市上海)的夏季工况和冬季工况。3年稳态模拟结果表明,夏季工况下系统不会出现冷凝,只有小部分瓷砖出现毛细凝结;冬季工况下系统不会出现冷凝,但近1/2厚度的墙体出现了比较严重的毛细凝结现象,瓷砖易导致墙体出现湿累积的现象。非稳态模拟结果表明,无机保温砂浆外墙外保温系统保温层外表面内侧的部分不会出现冷凝或毛细凝结,然而保温层外侧的部分有可能出现毛细凝结。 WUFI Pro 6.0 heat and humidity simulation software is used to conduct moisture migration research on the commonly used ceramic tile facing inorganic thermal insulation mortar exterior insulation system.The steady-state simulation is divided into summer and winter conditions in hot summer and cold winter area(Take Shanghai as an example).The steady-state simulation results of the three-year summer working conditions show that the system will not condense,and only a small part of the tiles will have capillary condensation.The steady-state simulation results of the three-year winter working conditions show that the system will not condense,but nearly half of the thickness of the wall appears to have severe capillary condensation,ceramic tiles can easily cause moisture accumulation on the wall.The non-steady-state simulation results show that the inner part of the outer surface of the insulation layer of the inorganic thermal insulation mortar exterior wall external insulation system will not be condensed or capillary condensation,but the outer part of the insulation layer may appear capillary condensation.
