摘要 基于装配式钢结构建筑对外墙板的性能要求,提出一种新型保温与结构一体化的加气混凝土复合保温外墙板,并通过拉伸试验分析了界面处理剂对粘结砂浆与加气混凝土板拉伸粘结强度的影响,给出了粘结砂浆的最优厚度。在此基础上,对墙板的隔声性能与防火性能进行了测试,并分析了加气混凝土复合保温外墙板的适用性,研究结果表明:新型墙板隔声与防火性能符合现行规范要求,与同厚度的加气混凝土外墙板相比,新型墙板的传热系数降低39.6%~56.7%,自重降低17.9%~36.7%,适用于寒冷和严寒地区的装配式钢结构建筑。 Based on performance requirements of assembled steel structure building on exterior wall,a new-type wall panel integrating heat preservation and structure is puts forward,which is called for aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel.Through tensile test,the influence of interface treatment agent on tensile bond strength of bonding mortar and aerated concrete board is analyzed,and the optimum thickness of bonding mortar is presented.On this basis,sound insulation performance and fire resistance of wall panel is tested and the applicability of the aerated concrete composite insulation exterior wall panel is analyzed.The result shows that the new type wall panel meet the requirements of the current code which involve the sound insulation and fire protection performance.Compared with the aerated concrete board with the same thickness,heat transfer coefficient of the new-type wall panel decreases by 39.6%~56.7%,and the self-weight decreases by 17.9%~36.7%,which is suitable for assembled steel structure buildings in cold and severe cold regions.
