基于TRIZ方法的固体散货液化安防装置创新设计

摘要 文章提出了一套集成应用到功能分析、物场模型、矛盾矩阵等多个TRIZ方法及工具的,解决技术创新问题的产品创新设计流程。针对固体散货海运过程中存在的液化现象,导致的局部散货流态化,进而导致船舶横倾、翻船问题,利用物场模型分析方法、矛盾分析方法等进行散货表面阻流及液化抑制效果分析,得出一套基于气囊挡板及压力监测的设计方案。设计结果表明:TRIZ方法可以应用于船舶散货表面液化抑制解决方案设计,为进一步的船舶专用安全防护装置开发提供方案支持。 In this paper,a set of product innovation design process is put forward,which is integrated with multiple TRIZ methods and tools such as function analysis,material field model,contradiction matrix,etc.to solve the problem of technological innovation.And in view of the liquefaction phenomenon in the process of solid bulk shipping,which leads to the fluidization of local bulk cargo,and then leads to the problem of ship heeling and capsizing,a set of design scheme of special safety protection device for ships is obtained by using the proposed method for creative thinking.The design results not only verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method to solve the technical innovation problem,but also provide scheme support for further detailed design and processing of the device.
