渣油加氢运行初期高分波动原因分析及应对措施

摘要 描述了固定床渣油加氢装置开工运行初期高分波动的现象,针对高分波动原因进行深入分析并提出相应措施。研究发现,反应温度低、掺渣比过高、氢油比不合理等因素是导致高分波动的主要原因,通过提高反应温度、降低掺渣比、调整循环氢量、高分液位低控可以有效缓解高分波动,为装置的长周期平稳运行提供帮助。 This paper describes the fluctuation of high-pressure separator in the initial operation of fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit in detail,analyzes the reasons for the fluctuation of high-pressure separator,and puts forward corresponding measures.It is found that low reaction temperature,high blending ratio of vacuum residue,unreasonable hydrogen oil ratio are the main reasons for the fluctuation of high-pressure separator.The fluctuation of high pressure separator can be effectively alleviated by increasing the reaction temperature,reducing the hydrogen oil ratio,adjusting the amount of circulating hydrogen and low liquid level of high-pressure separator,which is helpful for the long-term stable operation of the unit.
