摘要
挑战者平台为国内新一代CJ-46型高端自升式钻井平台,平台出厂原始设计环保设施配备有油水分离器、生活污水处理装置、污油舱、污水罐、污油泵、舱底泵。其中平台舱室布局设计的4P、4S污水舱总存放量为146.74m^(3)。污油舱存放量11.03m^(3),钻台污油罐10m^(3),可以满足短期的污油水回收存放。根据挑战者平台现有的环保设备参数进行换算,平台在正常生产作业期间,每日产生的生活污水在20~30m^(3),现有的污水舱只能够满足回收7d的容量,这在生态保护海域作业时,无法完全满足环评要求。针对此问题进行了零排放系统设计的改造,旨在于提高平台污水收集量,降低平台在遇到恶劣天气等特殊情况下,生活污水等不能及时返输和转运时产生的安全环保风险。
The Challenger platform is a new generation of domestic CJ-46 high-end jack up drilling platform.The original design environmental protection facilities of the platform are equipped with oil-water separator,domestic sewage treatment device,waste oil tank,waste oil pump and bilge pump.The total storage capacity of 4P and 4S sewage tanks designed for the layout of the platform cabin is 146.74m^(3)。The storage capacity of slop oil tank is 11.03m^(3),Sump tank on drill floor 10m^(3),It can meet the short-term recovery and storage of sewage oil and water.According to the existing environmental protection equipment parameters of the Challenger platform,the daily domestic sewage generated by the platform during normal production and operation is 20~30m^(3) The existing sewage tank can only meet the capacity of recycling for 7 days,which can not fully meet the environmental assessment requirements when operating in the ecological protection sea area.In view of this problem,the platform has specially studied and reformed the design of zero discharge system,which aims to improve the sewage collection capacity of the platform and reduce the safety and environmental protection risks caused by the failure of domestic sewage to be returned and transferred in time under special circumstances such as bad weather.
