摘要
针对道路安全问题,从交通基础设施中的道路标线涂料角度出发,制备高亮耐久型道路标线涂料,并研究不同组分对涂料性能的影响,确定了涂料各组分的掺量,并从基本性能、识认性能和耐久性能三个方面对涂料的路用性能进行了研究。结果表明,高亮耐久型道路标线涂料最佳配伍掺量为:C5石油树脂16phr、钛白粉10phr、钙粉20phr、钙砂25phr、玻璃微珠30phr、助剂2phr、抗污材料PVDF 4phr。该掺量下的高亮耐久型道路标线涂料不仅满足相关规范规定,而且具有很好的反光性、耐久性和抗污自清洁性。
Aiming at the Problem of Road Safety,from the Perspective of Road Marking Paint in Traffic Infrastructure,This Paper Prepared High Brightness and Durable Road Marking Paint,Studied the Influence of Different Components on the Performance of the Paint,Determined the Content of Each Component of the Paint,and Studied the Road Performance of the Paint from Three Aspects of Basic Performance,Recognition Performance and Durability,the Results Show That the Best Mixing Amount of High Brightness Durable Road Marking Coating Is:16 Parts of C5 Petroleum Resin,10 Parts of Titanium Dioxide,20 Parts of Calcium Powder,25 Parts of Calcium Sand,30 Parts of Glass Beads,2 Parts of Additives and 4 Parts of Anti Pollution Material Pvdf.the High Brightness Durable Road Marking Paint with This Content Not Only Meets the Relevant Specifications,but Also Has Good Reflectance,Durability and Anti Pollution Self-cleaning.
