摘要
为优化LNG接收站BOG处理工艺,降低整个接收站的功耗,以某LNG接收站为例,对LNG储罐控制压力进行研究,探索不同液位条件下储罐最佳运行压力,运用HYSYS模拟软件进行理论计算,从工艺和能耗两方面对比以方便不同类型的LNG接收站。
This paper aims to reduce the power consumption of the entire LNG receiving terminals by optimizing the BOG treatment technology.For that purpose,taking an LNG receiving terminal as an example,the paper studied the control pressure of LNG storage tanks and explored the optimal operating pressure of the storage tanks under different liquid level conditions.HYSYS,a simulation software was applied for theoretical calculations to compare various types of LNG receiving terminals from two aspects:treatment technology and energy consumption,thus facilitating the operation of LNG receiving terminals.
