摘要
循环流化床锅炉在运行中具有很好的适应性,且燃烧快、污染排放量不高。近几年,我国的循环流化锅炉虽然在设计、制造、安装等方面积累了丰富的经验,但是,在调试运行过程中,也出现了一些不可避免的问题,其中,结焦事故就是运行过程中最常见的问题。在锅炉运行时,必须保证锅炉在安全的状态下运行,严格遵守操作流程,对投煤量进行控制,调整好料层的厚度。对运行现场进行监管,一旦发现问题应该采取有效的措施,避免结焦事故更加严重。分析了循环流化床锅炉结焦事故机理及其结焦原因,提出了预防结焦的有效措施。
The circulating fluidized bed boiler has good adaptability,fast combustion,and low pollution emission during operation.In recent years,although my country’s circulating fluidized boilers have accumulated rich experience in design,manufacturing,and installation,some unavoidable problems have also appeared in the process of commissioning and operation.Among them,coking accidents are during operation.The most common problem.When the boiler is running,the relevant supervisor must ensure that the boiler is running in a safe state,strictly abide by the operating procedures,control the amount of coal fed,and adjust the thickness of the material layer.Supervise the operation site,and take effective measures once problems are found to avoid more serious coking accidents.The mechanism of the coking accident of the circulating fluidized bed boiler and the cause of coking are analyzed,and effective measures to prevent coking are proposed.
