校企合作下的化工教学模式实践分析

教育改革背景下,化工教学在实践之中面临着一系列全新挑战,对于学校和教师提出了更高的要求。由于现阶段大部分学校的化工类专业都将教学重心放在理论教学层面,对于实践教学则缺乏应有的重视力度,因此难以对学生实践应用能力和就业素养加以培养。针对这一状况,许多学校在化工教学中都有意识地开展了校企合作,取得了一定成效。主要分析现阶段化工教学中存在的问题,阐述校企合作实践对于化工教学的意义,在此基础上,探讨校企合作下构建创新性化工教学模式的实践构建路径。

Under the background of education reform,chemical engineering teaching is facing a series of new challenges in practice,which puts forward higher requirements for schools and teachers.At present,most of the chemical engineering majors focus on theoretical teaching,but lack of due attention to practical teaching,so it is difficult to cultivate students'practical application ability and employment quality.In view of this situation,many schools have consciously carried out school enterprise cooperation in chemical engineering teaching,and achieved certain results.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in chemical engineering teaching at the present stage,expounds the significance of school enterprise cooperation practice for chemical engineering teaching,and on this basis,discusses the practice construction path of constructing innovative chemical engineering teaching mode under school enterprise cooperation.
