摘要 近年来,化工厂爆炸事故时有发生,化工厂的安全生产问题一直受到人们的高度关注。智能工厂的理念就是要解决企业生产过程中的科学管理,从而保障安全、降低成本、提高效率。数据采集系统是智能工厂的重要组成部分,智能工厂对数据采集有较高的要求,因此必须设计一套高质量的数据采集系统。首先分析了数据采集技术的发展现状,总结了当前存在的不足,然后对化工厂数据采集系统进行了研究,深入探讨了采集内容的确定、采集方法的选型、采集设备选型原则、采集技术要求等关键问题。本系统在某煤化工企业进行了试运行,取得了良好的效果。 In recent years,explosion accidents in chemical plants have occurred from time to time,and the safety of production in chemical plants has always been highly concerned by people.The concept of the smart factory is to solve the scientific management in the production process of the enterprise,so as to ensure safety,reduce costs,and improve efficiency.The data acquisition system is an important part of the smart factory.The smart factory has higher requirements for data acquisition,so a high-quality data acquisition system must be designed.First,it analyzes the development status of data collection technology,summarizes the current shortcomings,and then studies the data collection system of chemical plants,and discusses the determination of collection content,selection of collection methods,selection principles of collection equipment,and collection technology.Key issues such as requirements.The system was tested in a coal chemical enterprise and achieved good results.
