液体化工仓储中的压力管道安装、使用和管理非常重要,其在整个仓储管理中,会因为各种原因导致安全问题发生。由于液体化工种类较多,每年的周转量不固定,自身还具有高毒、易燃、易自聚的特点,所以就要求在生产、运输和储存的过程中要严格按照要求实施。首先从压力管道易发生问题环节进行分析,其次,对液体化工仓储管道安全使用的细节进行总结,然后提出合理的保障措施,为我国液体化工仓储的安全提供可靠的依据。

The installation,use and management of pressure pipes in liquid chemical storage are very important.They can cause safety problems in the entire storage pipe for various reasons.Since there are many types of liquid chemicals,the annual turnover is not fixed,and it has the characteristics of high toxicity,flammability,and self-aggregation.Therefore,it is required to strictly follow the requirements in the process of production,transportation and storage.This article first analyzes the problematic links of pressure pipelines.Secondly,it divides and summarizes the details of the safe use of liquid chemical storage pipelines,and then proposes reasonable safeguards to provide a reliable basis for the safety of liquid chemical storage in my country.
