摘要
目前,微量硫化物含量一直采用WK-201微库仑定硫仪测定,监控各套生产装置的脱硫及触媒失效情况,由于微库仑定硫仪只能局限检测总硫含量,无法检测样品中有机、无机硫具体化学组成。为了精准地操作控制化工装置的每一级脱硫(氧化铁、钴钼、氧化锌)触媒使用状况,需要分析有机、无机硫的各化学组成含量,因此采用气相色谱法,对操作条件进行确定及优化,能够很好分离各硫化物组分,满足化工生产装置的需求。
At present,WK-201 micro coulomb sulfur analyzer has been used to determine the content of Trace Sulfide to monitor the desulfurization and catalyst failure of each production unit.Because the micro coulomb sulfur analyzer can only detect the total sulfur content,it can not detect the specific chemical composition of organic and inorganic sulfur in the sample.In order to accurately control the use of desulfurization(iron oxide,cobalt molybdenum and zinc oxide)catalysts at each stage of chemical plant,it is necessary to analyze the chemical composition and content of organic and inorganic sulfur.Therefore,we use gas chromatography to determine and optimize the operating conditions,which can well separate the sulfide components and meet the needs of chemical production plant.
