摘要
目的了解企业员工对新冠肺炎的认知、态度和行为现状及其影响因素,为制定复工复产疫情防控策略提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,于2020年3月2—18日利用问卷星软件对东莞市谢岗镇企业员工开展线上调查。调查主要内容为基本情况、新型冠状病毒肺炎防控知识、个人防护行为等。结果共收到问卷2142份,调查对象对新冠肺炎流行病学特征的高认知率以及良好的个人防护行为率分别为36.32%和50.05%。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、企业类型和规模的企业员工对新冠肺炎的认知情况以及个人良好防护行为率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论企业员工对COVID-19的认知及行为有待改善,应采取针对性的健康教育措施和策略。
Objective To understand the cognition,attitude and behavior status and its influencing factors about COVID-19 among employees,and provide reference for developing strategies for preventing and curing the disease.Methods From March 2 to 18 in 2020,the self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey on enterprise employees of Xiegang Town in Dongguan City.The main contents of the survey are the basic situation,knowledge and personal protective behavior of COVID-19.Results A total of 2142 questionnaires were received,and the COVID-19 epidemiological characteristics cognitive rate and personal good protective behavior rate were 36.32%and 50.05%.There are significant differences in the awareness of COVID-19 and the rate of personal good protective behavior among employees of different genders,ages,educational levels,types and sizes of enterprises(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognition and behavior of COVID-19 among enterprise employees need to be improved,and targeted health education measures and strategies should be taken.
