摘要
某煤制油公司硫回收装置尾气配套建设钠碱法脱硫系统,利用厂区内其他工段副产废碱液(30%氢氧化钠溶液)作为脱硫吸收剂,脱硫塔采用多区、多循环结构,增设了洗涤循环系统,并采用多级除雾装置,最大限度减少了出口烟气含盐雾滴的夹带和系统的结垢、腐蚀等问题,保证了长期稳定达标运行。
A sodium-alkali desulphurization system was built for the tail gas recovery unit of a coal-to-oil company in China.The waste lye(30 sodium hydroxide solution),which is byproduct of other sections in the plant area,was used as the desulfurization absorber.The desulphurization tower adopts multi-zone and multi-cycle structure,the washing circulation system is added,and the multi-stage defogging device is used to minimize entrainment of salty droplets in the outlet flue gas.The scale,corrosion and other problems of the system are reduced,which ensures a long period of stable running up to the standard.
