A Review of the CPC's Thoughts and Practice of Special Education in the Past One Hundred Years

中国共产党建党一百年来,关心特殊儿童,重视发展特殊教育。追溯中国共产党百年特殊教育发展历程发现,马克思主义教育思想、中华优秀传统文化、各国先进的特殊教育专业思想是其思想源流。中国共产党百年特殊教育发展经历了“积极推进残疾人社会救助”“开辟社会主义特殊教育事业”“推动特殊教育走上规范化、法制化道路”“开创中国特色特殊教育发展新局面”等历史阶段,走出一条中国特色特殊教育发展道路。中国共产党百年特殊教育成绩斐然、意义重大,为人类文明作出重要历史贡献。究其原因在于:一是坚持中国共产党的正确领导,走中国特色特殊教育发展道路;二是坚定社会主义制度自信,彰显中国特色社会主义制度优越性;三是提升文化自信与教育自信,践行社会主义本质要求。展望未来,将进一步完善中国特色特殊教育思想和实践体系,实现公平而有质量的特殊教育发展目标,为世界特殊教育贡献中国智慧和中国经验。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC)one hundred years ago,we have been concerned about the children with special needs and attached great importance to the development of special education.The Marxist thought of education,excellent traditional Chinese culture and advanced special education thoughts of other countries are its origin and historical basis.In the course of its century-long development,special education in China has passed through such historical stages as“trying to promote social assistance for the disabled”,“opening up the cause of socialist special education”,“embarking on the road of legalization of special education”and“creating a new situation for the development of special education with Chinese characteristics”,and has established a development path with Chinese characteristics.Special education of the CPC has made remarkable achievements and historical contributions to human civilization in the past 100 years.The reasons are as follows:First,we adhere to the great leadership of the CPC and take the road of development of special education with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,we firmly believe in the socialist system and demonstrate the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.Thirdly,we enhance cultural and educational confidence and fulfill the essential requirements of socialism.Looking forward to the future,we will further improve the thoughts and practice system of special education with Chinese characteristics,achieve the goal of fair and quality development of special education,and contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese road to global special education.
