摘要
笔者亲历我国大陆超常儿童教育30余年的曲折发展,分析指出我国超常儿童教育存在缺乏法律保障、师资力量不足、基础研究起步晚且力量弱等问题。并提出正确认识超常儿童教育的目的是开展超常儿童教育的基础。基于此,着重辨析了超常儿童教育与拔尖创新人才培养间的关系。强调开展超常儿童教育是为了尽到健康社会对下一代发展的责任和义务。并呼吁要为我国数量庞大的超常儿童开发一套适宜的课程体系并为其提供充足的师资保障。
The author has experienced the tortuous development of gifted and talented children’s education in China's Mainland for more than 30 years.He pointed out its problems such as lack of legal protection,insufficient teachers,late start of basic research,and put forward that the correct understanding of the purpose of gifted and talented children’s education is the foundation of its development.Then the author focused on the analysis of the relationship between education of gifted and talented children and cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.He emphasized that to educate gifted and talented children is to fulfill the responsibility and obligation of a healthy society to the development of the next generation,and called for the development of a proper curriculum system for the large number of gifted and talented children in China and the provision of sufficient teachers.
