摘要
在互联网科技迅猛发展、市场竞争愈发激烈、知识经济方兴未艾的新时期,我国经济发展走向新常态,制度环境、经济基础与技术变革等赋予企业人力资源管理新的时代特征。怎样优化人力资源配置,解决人力资源管理难题已成为企业面临的重要问题。论文基于对人力资源在经济新常态中的意义揭示,剖析了该时期我国企业人力资源管理的困境,就此提出对策,指出企业人力资源管理的新出路。
In the new period of rapid development of internet technology,increasingly fierce market competition and continuous development of knowledge economy,China's economic development is moving towards a new normal,the institutional environment,economic foundation and technological change endow enterprise human resources management with new characteristics of the times.How to optimize the allocation of human resources and solve the problem of human resources management has become an important problem faced by enterprises.Based on the revelation of the significance of human resources in the new normal of economy,this paper analyzes the dilemma of human resources management of China's enterprises in this period,puts forward countermeasures and points out the new outlet of human resources management of enterprises.
