摘要
随着时代的快速发展和科学技术的不断进步,信息化潮流席卷全球,各行各业逐步采用自动化办公技术,电子化的办公资料具有方便、快捷的特性,且利用电子化手段能够储存多种格式的办公资料。基于此,使用者对文件的各项需求也有所改变,传统的资料归档及管理存在不足之处,这在很大程度上影响了资料的完整性。所以如何体系化地管理和归档电子档案成为亟待解决的问题。论文具体分析了电子档案归档过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期为国企完善电子档案归档工作提供参考。
With the rapid development of the times and the continuous progress of science and technology,the trend of informatization has swept the world,and all walks of life have gradually adopted automatic office technology.Electronic office materials have the characteristics of convenience and quickness,and can store office materials in various formats by electronic means.Based on this,users'requirements for documents have also changed.There are deficiencies existing in the traditional data archiving and management,which affects the integrity of data to a great extent.Therefore,how to systematically manage and archive electronic archives has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper concretely analyzes the problems existing in the process of electronic archives archiving,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide a reference for state-owned enterprises to improve electronic archives archiving work.
