供给侧结构性改革背景下广州产业结构调整对人才培养需求的影响

The Impact of Industrial Structure Adjustment on Talent Training Demand in Guangzhou Under the Background of the Structural Reform of Supply Side

论文分析了广州市供给侧结构性改革政策背景下产业结构发生的改变,以及产业结构变化后对人才需求的变化,发现广州市当前人才供需存在失衡,产业需求和高校的人才培养输出间存在一定的差距。经过研究可以进一步明确办学定位、优化专业设置、改革人才培养模式,以提高产业结构调整后人才需求和人才培养的匹配度。

This paper analyzes the change of industrial structure under the background of supply side structural reform policy in Guangzhou,and the change of talent demand after the change of industrial structure.It is found that there is an imbalance between the supply and demand of talents in Guangzhou,and there is a certain gap between the industrial demand and the talent training output of colleges and universities.Through the research,we can further clarify the orientation of running a school,optimize the professional setting and reform the talents training mode to improve the matching degree of talent demand and talent training after industrial structure adjustment.
