摘要
胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和病死率均居于所有恶性肿瘤前5位。近年来随着对胃癌研究的不断深入,早期发现和准确分期,选择适宜的治疗手段可有效提高胃癌的生存率。能谱CT凭借其多参数成像的模式引领CT从单参数到多参数、从形态学诊断进入到功能诊断学的领域,其GSI数据综合分析平台:单能量keV图像、能谱曲线、基物质图像及有效原子序数等可对胃癌病灶定性诊断及定量评估,并揭示胃癌的术前生物学特性。本文对能谱CT在胃癌cTNM分期诊断中的临床应用进展进行综述。
Gastric cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the digestive system,and its morbidity and mortality rank in the top 5 among all malignant tumors.In recent years,with the deepening of the research on gastric cancer,early detection,accurate staging and the selection of appropriate treatment can effectively improve the survival rate of gastric cancer.Energy spectrum CT,with its multiple parameter imaging mode leads the CT from single to multiple parameters,from morphological diagnosis function into the diagnostics,the GSI data comprehensive analysis platform:An image of a single energy keV,spectral curve,base material images and effective atomic number for gastric cancer lesions qualitative diagnosis and quantitative evaluation,and reveal the preoperative biological characteristics of gastric cancer.In this paper,the clinical application of energy spectrum CT in cTNM staging diagnosis of gastric cancer was reviewed.
