MRI检查与CT检查诊断膝关节损伤的临床价值对比研究

Comparative study on the clinical value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of knee joint injury

目的:对比分析膝关节损伤中应用MRI检查与CT检查的临床效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月—2021年3月收治的50例膝关节损伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行CT与MRI检查,对比诊断结果。结果:MRI诊断符合率、灵敏度高于CT诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种方法诊断特异度比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。MRI检查在半月板损伤、韧带损伤、关节腔积液中检出率显著高于CT诊断(P<0.05),在严重骨折中的检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:膝关节损伤中应用MRI检查和CT检查均可获得理想诊断效果,MRI检查诊断准确率更高,且在微小损伤检出率方面有明显优势,应该作为首选检查手段。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of MRI and CT in knee injury.Methods 50 patients with knee injury treated from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients were examined by CT and MRI examination and compare the diagnosis results.Results MRI diagnostic compliance and sensitivity were higher than those of CT,and the difference was significantly significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in diagnostic specificity between the two methods(P<0.05).The detection rate of MRI in meniscus injury,ligament injury and joint cavity effusion was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the detection rate of severe fracture(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CT in knee injury have higher diagnosis accuracy and obvious advantages in the detection rate of minor injury,which should be used as the preferred inspection method.
