摘要
论文介绍了企业引进或建立员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Program,简称“EAP”)的积极作用,结合中资海外水电项目公司人资管理现状分析,对应用“EAP”来有效解决各类困扰企业人力资源管理、影响企业发展的“人本”难题提出一些对策与建议,以期促进企业“人本”效益提升。
This paper introduces the positive role of the introduction or establishment of employee assistance program(abbreviated as"EAP")in the enterprise.Combined with the analysis of the current situation of human resources management in Chinese Funded Overseas Hydropower Project Company,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the application of"EAP"to effectively solve all kinds of"people-oriented"problems that perplex enterprise human resources management and affect enterprise development,so as to promote the improvement of"people-oriented"benefits in the enterprise.
