Research on the Application of Total Inventory Management in Manufacturing Enterprises——Taking Company A as an Example

鉴于库存控制的复杂性,制造企业只有发动生产经营过程中的所有人员共同参与,从库存产生的根源处对库存进行全方位的管理才能真正有效地控制库存。A公司库存管理方面的问题在制造企业中具有一定的代表性,论文以A公司为例,分析了其库存管理存在的问题,并从产销协同、产研协同、产供协同等角度给出了解决方案,对制造企业有效控制库存有较强的借鉴意义。

In view of the complexity of inventory control,manufacturing enterprises can truly and effectively control inventory only by mobilizing all personnel in the production and operation process to participate in and comprehensively manage inventory from the source of inventory generation.The problems of inventory management of Company A are representative in manufacturing enterprises.Taking Company A as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the inventory management,and gives solutions from the perspectives of production and sales collaboration,production and research and development collaboration,production and supply collaboration,which has a strong reference significance for manufacturing enterprises to effectively control inventory.
