摘要
自新中国成立以来,我国国有企业不断成长壮大,其对国民经济与社会的发展起到越来越重要的推动作用。我国国有企业具有其特殊属性,在发展过程中面临内外部持续变化的客观环境,国企党建工作实践也因此具有其特殊性。据此,论文研究了我国国有企业党建工作制度变迁情况,以及在发展中所形成的实践经验,在分析存在问题的基础上提出了推动国有企业党建工作发展的相应对策。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's state-owned enterprises have continued to grow and expand,and they have played an increasingly important role in promoting the development of the national economy and society.China's state-owned enterprises have their special attributes.In the process of development,they are facing the objective environment of continuous changes inside and outside.Therefore,the practice of Party building work in state-owned enterprises has its particularity.Based on this,the paper studies the changes in the Party building work institution of state-owned enterprises in China,as well as the practical experience formed in the development,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of Party building work in state-owned enterprises based on the analysis of existing problems.
