As the grassroots operation unit in the enterprise,the team is the basic management organization for the enterprise to carry out safe and efficient production,maintain product quality and high-quality staff service.Taking the substation maintenance team of Langfang Power Supply Company as an example,this paper discusses how to carry out the quality management of the electric power team,and promote the quality improvement and performance improvement of the team by building the quality benchmark team.
