S355J2W耐候钢质量提升探析

摘要 J355J2W耐候钢是一种高强度低合金结构钢板。目前南钢生产的S355J2W耐候钢主要存在表面裂纹、夹杂控制不稳定和50mm钢板冲击不稳定等问题:本文通过调整S355J2W耐候钢的成分和优化工艺来提高产品质量,优化后的S355J2W耐候钢铸坯裂纹发生率降至0%、性能合格率提高1.52%、铸坯C类偏析比例提高12%。 Weathering Steel S355J2W is high-strength low-alloy structural steel.At present,there are some problems of NISCO's Weathering Steel S355J2W,such as surface cracks,unstable control of inclusions and unstable impact performance of 50 mm plate.In this paper,the product quality is improved by adjusting the chemical composition and optimizing the production process of Weathering Steel S355J2W.After improvement,the slab crack occurrence rate is re-duced to 0%,the performance qualification rate is increased by 1.52%,and the ratio of Class C segregation of the slab is increased by 12%.
