摘要
基于中厚板生产过程中的加热环节进行研究,列举并优化了四种常见的温度均匀性差的情况,对生产过程中设备和操作的影响进行了分析,为后续解决板坯加热均勾性问题提供了具有实际操作性的参考方案。详细探讨了水梁印、宽度方向温度不均匀、长度方向温度不均匀、头尾温度高这四种温度均匀性差的产生原因、对后续生产造成的影响以及解决方案。
Based on the research on the heating stage of medium plate production,this article lists and optimizes four examples of uneven heating and analyzes the influence caused to the equipment and operation during production,providing a practical reference solution for even heating of slabs.This article discusses the causes and impacts of the water beam mark,uneven temperature along the width and the length direction of the plate,high temperature at head and tail,as well as the corresponding solutions.
