超快冷框架一键标定

摘要 由于轧钢厂生产环境普遍较为复杂,受其中各种不可控物理因素的影响,中板厂用于测量超快冷框架辊缝的拉线式位移传感器经常发生形变、磨损等问题,造成传感器精度不够,制约着质量的提升。而采用原超快冷系统的标定方法其条件又极为苛刻,本文提出了一种新的标定方法:采用PLC控制系统设计和人机交互界面设计相结合的方式,实现了超快冷框架的一键标定,满足了生产中的精度需求,简化了设备的维护工作。 The production environment of rolling mills is generally complex and affected by various uncontrollable physical factors.The draw-wire displacement sensor used to measure the roll gap of accelerated cooling frame in Medium Plate Mill often has problems such as deformation and wear,therefore the accuracy of the sensor is not good enough,restricting the improvement of product quality.Since the calibration method of original accelerated cooling system has extremely high requirements,this paper puts forward a new calibration method.Combining PLC control system design with human-machine interface design,the one-click calibration of the accelerated cooling frame is realized,which meets the accuracy requirement and simplifies the maintenance of equipment.
