摘要
大型球罐已广泛应用于石油化工、化肥、橡胶合成等行业,因球罐自身结构设计原因,其本身制造工艺难度大,且往往用于承载危险性较大介质和承受较高压力。对球罐本体进行100%表面无损检测是国家相关技术法规的强制性要求。研究采用阵列涡流检测新技术,对球罐本体对接接头焊缝进行无损检测应用探究。介绍了阵列涡流检测技术原理、球罐基本参数以及所采用的阵列涡流检测系统,开展了现场实际工程检测,经常规磁粉检测复验,验证了阵列涡流技术对球罐本体对接接头焊缝近表面缺陷的检测有效性及可行性。
Large spherical tanks are widely used in petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer, rubber synthesis and other industries.Due to the structural design of spherical tanks, their manufacturing process is difficult, and they are often used to bear dangerous media and bear high pressure.It is a mandatory requirement of relevant national technical regulations to carry out 100% surface NDT for spherical tank body.In this study, a new array eddy current testing technology was used to explore the application of nondestructive testing for spherical tank butt joint welds.First introduces the principle of array eddy current testing technology, introduced the basic parameters of spherical tank, and introduces the adopted by the array eddy current testing system, carry out the actual engineering test, the conventional magnetic particle testing the reinspection, verify the array eddy current technology for spherical tank body butt joint welding near surface defect detection is effective and feasible.
