摘要
针对带保温层的工业管道利用数字射线技术进行壁厚测定分析。通过图像的灰度值变化,可以有效地提取被检管道的几何信息。基于切线技术理论,分析了数字射线测厚技术在工程应用中存在的误差项h/L和R/L,研究射线轴线在圆心处和偏离圆心处两种检测方式下的误差系数。并通过试验研究,验证了理论结果的有效性,为数字射线测厚技术的工程应用提供理论依据。
Digital ray technology is used to measure and analyze the wall thickness of industrial pipelines with insulation.By changing the gray value of the image, the geometric information of the inspected pipeline can be effectively extracted.Based on the theory of tangent technology, the error terms h/L and R/L of the digital ray thickness measurement technology in engineering application are analyzed, and the error coefficients of the ray axis at the center of the circle and the deviation from the center of the circle are studied.And through experimental research, the validity of the theoretical results is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for the engineering application of digital ray thickness measurement technology.
