To build Qujing into a sub-central city in Yunnan needs to complete the urban population aggregation,expand the urban economic strength,activate the urban endogenous power,and improve the urban radiation capacity by doing a good job in the top-level design,building an effective promotion mechanism,striving for the support of superiors,and expanding a new space for opening and cooperation key engineering tasks such as enhancing the ability of urban sustainable developmenton the basis of clarifying the urban functional orientation and development direction.
