Development path research of community eldercare services with medical care based on the integrated service framework

本研究基于整合服务框架,分析了我国社区医养结合服务在宏观系统、中观组织以及微观服务层面的整合现状及其存在的问题,进而提出推进政府、市场、社会、家庭、个人等多元主体整合服务的可操作化建议,以期为老龄化应对和老龄事业发展提供理论支撑与实践依据。

This article analyzed the status quo of integration and existing problems of the community eldercare services with medical care at the macro system,meso⁃organization,and micro⁃service levels in China based on the integrated service framework.It proposed operable recommendations to promote the integrated services of government,market,society,family,and individuals.It was aimed at providing theoretical support and a practical basis for aging response and aging career development.
