摘要
文章对轨道车辆车窗玻璃粘接用胶粘剂的老化行为进行了研究,针对车窗粘接面临的主要老化因素,以车窗玻璃密封胶条为研究对象,依据不同的测试标准进行了包括UV紫外老化前后的SEM扫描电镜试验、对胶层不同深度进行红外分析以及老化前后的胶条强度分析。综合比较得出模拟气候老化试验的验证方案。
The aging behavior of adhesives used in rail vehicle window glass bonding was studied.Aiming at the main aging factors facing the bonding of car windows,the window glass sealing strip is the research object,according to different test standards,the SEM scanning electron microscopy test before and after UV ultraviolet aging,the infrared analysis of the different depths of the adhesive layer,and the strength analysis of the adhesive strip before and after the aging are carried out.The verification scheme to simulate climate aging is obtained by comprehensive comparison.
