恒前牙冠折自体断冠粘接的临床治疗 被引量:2

摘要 在儿童中牙冠冠折发生率非常高,断冠粘接治疗方式属于一种过渡性修复方式,为了观察该方式的临床疗效,文章使用实验的方法对其进行分析。选择医院内符合条件的96位患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,一组为实验组,使用断冠粘接方式进行治疗,另一组为对照组,使用复合树脂直接修复方式治疗;然后在不同术后时间对两组进行复诊,考察两组的断冠保存率、美学修复效果和患者满意度。实验结果表明,实验组的断冠保存率、美学修复效果和患者满意度均高于对照组,且随着时间的延长,两组的断冠保存率和患者满意度处于不断降低趋势。于是可以得出结论:相比于复合树脂直接修复治疗方式,文章使用的恒前牙冠折自体断冠粘接治疗方式的临床疗效更好。 The incidence of crown fractures in children is very high.The treatment of broken crowns is a transitional restoration method.In order to observe the clinical effects of this method,the paper uses experimental methods to analyze it.Select 96 eligible patients in the hospital as the research objects,divide them into two groups,one group is the experimental group,treated with broken crown bonding method,and the other group is the control group,treated with composite resin direct repair method;then the two groups were reviewed at different postoperative time to investigate the preservation rate of broken crowns,the aesthetic repair effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups.The experimental results showed that the preservation rate,aesthetic repair effect and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and as time went by,the preservation rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups were in a decreasing trend.Therefore,it can be concluded that,compared with the direct restoration treatment of composite resin,the permanent anterior tooth crown fracture autog enous broken crown adhesive treatment method used in this paper has better clinical effect.
