摘要
体育器材性能要求不断提高,其中使用的材料直接决定着器材的使用效果。碳纤维材料已经在体育器材中具有不错的应用效果,为了进一步提高该材料的性能,文章对其进行了改性研究,制备了一种基于聚酰胺的改性碳纤维复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、拉伸强度和弯曲强度测试等实验,研究复合材料的综合性能。实验结果表明,碳纤维经过浓硝酸处理之后,能够提高复合材料的综合性能;浓硝酸处理时间不断增加时,复合材料的拉伸强度提高,冲击强度提高不明显;碳纤维用量为7.5%时,复合材料的综合性能最好。最后基于聚酰胺的改性碳纤维复合材料能够在体育器材中发挥不错的应用效果。
The performance requirements of sports equipment are constantly improving,and the materials used directly determine the effect of the equipment.Carbon fiber materials have already a good application effect in sports equipment.In order to further improve the performance of this material,the paper conducted a modification study on it and prepared a modified carbon fiber composite material based on polyamide.Through scanning electron microscopy analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,tensile strength and bending strength testing and other experiments,the comprehensive performance of composite materials is studied.The experimental results show that after carbon fiber is treated with concentrated nitric acid,the comprehensive performance of the composite material can be improved;when the concentrated nitric acid treatment time continues to increase,the tensile strength of the composite material will increase,but the impact strength will not increase significantly;when the amount of carbon fiber is 7.5%,the overall performance of the composite material is the best.Finally,the modified carbon fiber composite material based on polyamide can play a good application effect in sports equipment.
