摘要
牙周牙髓疾病严重影响人们正常工作和生活。常规治疗方法是牙周洁治、刮治、根面平整和根管治疗。由于其在恢复正常牙体组织方面存在一定的局限性,因此基于组织工程的牙再生技术应运而生。牙再生是通过干细胞的分离、培养、诱导分化,并最终形成部分或完整牙齿结构的过程,在实际临床应用中意义非凡。近年来,3D生物打印技术受到国内外研究学者的青睐,其可跳过细胞接种程序,直接将细胞和生物材料精确放置在三维结构内的预定位置,在组织工程领域应用广泛。目前,越来越多的学者将3D生物打印用于牙再生领域的研究中。基于此,文章归纳总结了3D生物打印在牙再生领域中的应用,希望对今后的相关研究提供一些理论指导。
Periodontal pulp disease seriously affects people’s normal work and life.The conventional treatment methods are periodontal cleansing,curettage,root planing and root canal treatment.Due to its limitations in restoring normal tooth tissues,tooth regeneration techniques based on tissue engineering have emerged.Tooth regeneration is the process of separating,culturing,and inducing differentiation of stem cells,and finally forming a partial or complete tooth structure,which is of great significance in practical clinical applications.In recent years,3D bioprinting technology has been favored by research scholars at home and abroad.It can skip the cell seeding procedure and directly place cells and biological materials at predetermined positions within the three-dimensional structure.It is widely used in the field of tissue engineering.At present,more and more scholars are using 3D bioprinting for research in the field of tooth regeneration.Based on this,this paper summarizes the application of 3D bioprinting in the field of tooth regeneration,hoping to provide some theoretical guidance for related research in the future.
