PRF在上颌窦底提升术中的应用研究

摘要 上颌窦底提升术成功解决了传统种植成功率低的问题,其主要原理在于增加骨量,从而增加手术的临床效果。在上颌窦底提升术中使用的骨移植材料种类比较多,其中PRF属于第二代血液浓缩制品,具备丰富的再生因子、白细胞和天然纤维蛋白等有效成分。从理论上分析能够有效促进新骨生成量,然后通过实验分析,将PRF应用到上颌窦底提升术中,能够促进骨再生,而且PRF获取方式简单、价格便宜。文章通过文献研究法和实验法分析PRF在上颌窦底提升术中应用,首先通过查读相关文献,总结PRF在上颌窦底提升术中单独使用和结合其他材料使用效果,发现不管是何种应用方式,PRF都能够有效存进骨再生。然后对PRF进行实验分析,为了突出PRF的应用效果,实验中设置了无植入的A组,实验组分别为PRF单独使用的B组和PRF/Bio-oss结合使用的C组。实验结果表面,相比于A组,另外两组促进骨再生的效果更好(P<0.05);B组与C组之间差异无统计学意义。总之,PRF能够在上颌窦底提升术中发挥不错的应用效果。 Maxillary sinus elevation has successfully solved the problem of low success rate of traditional implants.The main principle is to increase bone mass,thereby increasing the clinical effect of the operation.There are many types of bone graft materials used in maxillary sinus elevation.Among them,PRF is a second-generation blood concentrate product,which is rich in effective ingredients such as regeneration factors,white blood cells and natural fibrin.Theoretical analysis can effectively promote new bone production,and then through experimental analysis,the application of PRF to maxillary sinus floor elevation can promote bone regeneration,and the PRF acquisition method is simple and cheap.This paper analyzes the application of PRF in maxillary sinus floor elevation through literature research methods and experimental methods.First of all,by reading relevant literature,summarize the effect of PRF used alone and in combination with other materials in maxillary sinus floor elevation,and find that regardless of the application method,PRF can be effectively stored in bone regeneration.Then the PRF was analyzed experimentally.In order to highlight the application effect of PRF,a group A without implantation was set up in the experiment.The experimental groups were group B using PRF alone and group C using PRF/Bio-oss.The experimental results showed that compared with group A,the other two groups had better effects on promoting bone regeneration(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between group B and group C.In short,PRF can play a good application effect in maxillary sinus elevation.
