摘要 现代混凝土面板堆石坝具有工程量大、安全性能好、对地基要求低、可简化导流、工期短、造价低等诸多特点。工程量大、填筑工期短、质量标准高、施工作业环节多等诸多因素给大坝的施工进度管理和施工成本控制带来很大的挑战。本文以阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程高面板堆石坝为例,通过对主堆石区砂砾料碾压的各项性能参数进行试验分析,总结其各项性能指标的质量控制经验,对进度与经济效益进行分析后选择最优的施工作业参数,为创新大坝施工模式提供了新的思路。 Modern concrete face rockfill dam has many characteristics of large engineering quantity, good safety performance, low requirements for foundation, simplified diversion, short construction period, low cost, etc. Many factors, such as large amount of work, short filling period, high quality standard and many construction links, bring great challenges to the construction schedule management and construction cost control of the dam. The high concrete face rockfill dam of Altash Water Conservancy Pivotal Project is adopted as an example in the paper. Various performance parameters of RCC in the main pile stone area gravels are experimentally analyzed. The quality control experiences of various performance indicators are summarized. The progress and economic benefits are analyzed. The optimal working parameters are selected later, thereby providing a new way for innovating the dam construction mode.
