再生骨料绿色混凝土预制衬砌抗压和抗冻性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为贯彻绿色发展理念,实现建筑资源的再生利用,结合引黄济青改扩建工程,本文研究了渠道衬砌改造中绿色混凝土的应用,重点对不同再生骨料替代率的绿色混凝土预制衬砌的抗压和抗冻性能进行了试验分析,并进行了工程现场生产性试验,综合评估了绿色混凝土预制衬砌的产品性能,得出渠道衬砌改造中使用绿色混凝土预制衬砌可行的结论。该应用可降低工程成本,促进废旧衬砌板建筑垃圾的再利用,节约该垃圾处置费用,保护生态环境。 The Reconstruction and Expansion Project of Yellow River Diversion to Qingdao are combined to study the application of green concrete in channel lining renovation in the paper for implementing the green development concept, realizing the recycling of construction resources. The compression and frost resistance performance of the green concrete precast lining with different recycled aggregate replacement rates are tested and analyzed mainly. The productive field engineering test is implemented. The product performance of the green concrete precast lining is comprehensively evaluated. It is concluded that it is feasible to use green concrete precast lining in the transformation of channel lining. The application can reduce the project cost, promote the reuse of waste lining board construction waste, save the waste disposal cost, and protect the ecological environment.
