摘要 为打破河湖管理中跨部门、跨层级之间的信息孤岛,实现智能化,本文从平台架构、关键技术、平台功能几方面对多终端协同的河长制信息管理系统进行了详细的阐述。该平台覆盖省、市、县、乡、村五级河长以及各级河长办等全部成员单位,将河长履职、任务处置、考核验收、公众参与等情况进行整合,以河湖管护信息化、智慧化引领全省河湖治理体系和治理能力现代化。 The river chief system information management system of multi-terminal cooperation is described in detail from the aspects of platform architecture, key technologies and platform functions in order to solve the problem of information island between different departments and different levels in river and lake management, and realize the intelligence. The platform covers all member units of river chiefs at provincial, municipal, county, township and village levels as well as river chief offices at all levels, etc. The river chief performance, task disposal, assessment and acceptance, public participation and other circumstances are integrated. Whole-province river lake governance system and governance ability modernization are guided by information-based and intelligent river lake management control.
