普瑞巴林与综合康复对急性重度神经根型颈椎病的疗效

Efficacy of pregabalin and comprehensive rehabilitation in patients with acute severe nerve root cervical spondylopathy

目的:探讨普瑞巴林与综合康复对急性重度神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取120例急性重度神经根型颈椎病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组实施综合康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予普瑞巴林治疗。观察两组治疗前后的VAS评分、颈椎病治疗成绩评分和HAMA评分、PSQI评分。结果:观察组治疗5、7、12 d后VAS评分低于对照组;治疗14 d后颈椎病治疗成绩评分高于对照组,HAMA评分和PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性重度神经根型颈椎病采用普瑞巴林和综合康复治疗的疗效较好,对于改善患者颈椎功能、缓解不良情绪有着积极的促进作用,提高了患者的睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of pregabalin and comprehensive rehabilitation in patients with acute severe cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute severe radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each based on a random number table method.The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation treatment while the observation group was treated with pregabalin plus comprehensive rehabilitation.The VAS scores,the cervical spondylosis treatment scores,HAMA scores and PSQI scores in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:The VAS scores at 5,7 and 12 days after treatment was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group,the cervical spondylosis treatment scores were significantly higher and the HAMA scores and PSQI scores were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregabalin and comprehensive rehabilitation have a significant effect and in the treatment of patients with acute severe cervical spondylosis and a positive promoting effect on improving the cervical spine function and relieving bad mood of the patients and can improve the quality of sleep and life of the patients.
