β-榄香烯对脑胶质瘤作用的研究进展

Research progress of β-elemene on glioma

胶质瘤是最常见的原发性中枢神经系统肿瘤,年发病率为56例/10万人,在现有标准治疗后总体生存期仅为14.4个月。近年来,国内外研究显示,中药活性成分具有治疗胶质瘤的作用,诸如β-榄香烯、细辛醚、当归、白藜芦醇、紫杉醇等,其作用机制牵扯广泛。本文综述β-榄香烯治疗脑胶质瘤的现状,为今后科研思路和临床治疗提供新的参考。

Glioma is the most common central nervous system tumor with the annual incidence of 56 cases per 100000 individuals worldwide.The overall survival are 14.4 months after the current standard treatment.A large number of studies reported domestic and abroad in recent years show that glioma can be treated with the active constituents in traditional Chinese medicine,including β-elemene,β-asarone,angelica sinensis,resveratrol,paclitaxel,and their mechanism of action may involve many aspects.This paper reviews recent study on current situation of β-elemene in the treatment of glioma so as to provide a reference for the idea of scientific research and the clinical treatment in the future.
