基于数据挖掘技术探析太冲主治病症和配伍规律

Analysis of Indications and Compatibility Regularity of Taichong(LR3)Based on Data Mining

目的:探析1949年10月前太冲(LR3)主治病症和配伍规律,为临床提供借鉴和依据。方法:以“太冲”与“大冲”为检索词,以《中华医典》(第5版)、《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为检索源,建立SQL Server数据库,运用数据挖掘技术进行Gephi复杂网络、关联规则和聚类分析。结果:纳入医籍58部,文献369条,涉及单穴主治病症15类、共44种,配伍主治病症14个类别、共73种,太冲常配伍足三里(ST36)、三阴交(SP6)、合谷(LI4)、行间(LR2)、昆仑(BL60)、神门(HT7)、大敦(LR1)、照海(LI6)等腧穴,关联规则分析与足三里、三阴交、合谷之间关联密切程度最高,聚类分析得到以太冲为核心的六类针灸处方。结论:1949年10月前太冲单穴、配伍主治以内科和外科病症为主,主治最优势病症均为疝气;配穴方面,多配伍五输穴、原穴、下合穴等特定穴,配穴归经以膀胱经、脾经和任脉为主。

Objective:To explore and analyze the indications and compatibility regularity of Taichong(LR3)before October 1949,in order to provide reference and basis for clinical practice.Methods:“Taichong”and“Dachong”were used as search terms,the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Code and Compilation of Chinese Modern Chinese Medicine Journals were used as the retrieval sources,SQL Server database was established,Gephi complex network,association rule and clustering were analyzed by applying data mining technology.Results:Total 58 medical books and 369 documents were included,involving 15 types of single-point indications,44 types in total;14 types of compatible indications,73 types in total;Taichong is often compatible with Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Hegu(LI4),Xingjian(LR2),Kunlun(BL60),Shenmen(HT7)and Dadun(LR1),Zhaohai(LI6)and other acupoints.The association rule analysis has the highest correlation with Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,and Hegu.The cluster analysis yields six types of acupuncture prescriptions with Taichong as the core.Conclusions:Before October 1949,the major indications of Taichong single-point and its compatibility were mainly medical and surgical diseases,and the superior indication was hernia.In terms of acupoint compatibility,it was more compatible with specific points such as five transport points,yuan primary points,lower-he-sea point and other specific points.The main compatible points are those of the bladder channel,spleen channel and Ren channel.
