任脉灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect Analysis of Renmai Moxibustion on Urinary Incontinence after Stroke

目的:观察任脉灸疗法对脑卒中后尿失禁的疗效。方法:入组患者60例按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各30例。两组均进行常规康复配合间歇导尿治疗,治疗组联合任脉灸治疗。康复治疗日1次,每周5次,任脉灸每周3次,均治疗4周。使用24 h排尿日记、尿动力学测定和尿失禁程度量表记录患者情况,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组24 h排尿次数和失禁次数较前减少,单次尿量和最大膀胱容量增加,逼尿肌漏尿点压降低,残余尿量减少,尿失禁评分下降明显,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效更显著(P<0.05)。结论:任脉灸治疗脑卒中后尿失禁疗效确切,可显著改善患者尿频、漏尿等症状,降低尿路感染的发生率,调节和保护膀胱功能。

Objective:To observe the effect of Renmai moxibustion on urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods:Sixty patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional rehabilitation combined with intermittent catheterization,and the treatment group was combined with Renmai moxibustion.Rehabilitation treatment was performed once a day,5 times a week,and Renmai moxibustion was performed 3 times a week,and both were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,24-hour urination record,urodynamic measurement and urinary incontinence scale of patients were recorded to observe the treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the number of urination and incontinence in the two groups decreased compared with the those 24 hours before treatment,the single urine output and maximum bladder volume increased,the detrusor leak point pressure decreased,the residual urine output decreased,and the urinary incontinence score decreased significantly.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Renmai moxibustion is effective in treating post-stroke urinary incontinence.It can significantly relieve the symptoms of frequent urination and leakage of urine,reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections,and regulate and protect bladder function.
